1. Service provider

2. What the website is

• The website is informational: it presents destinations, yacht types, sample yachts, tips and articles about yacht charter.
• Using the inquiry form you can ask us to prepare a charter proposal tailored to your needs.
• No charter contracts are concluded and no payments are made through the website. A charter contract is concluded separately, on the terms set out in the offer and in the documents of the yacht owner or charter operator.
• Prices shown on the website (e.g. “from X € / week”) are indicative and do not constitute an offer within the meaning of Art. 66 of the Polish Civil Code; the binding price is given in an individual offer.

3. Technical requirements

You need a device with internet access and an up-to-date web browser with JavaScript enabled. An e-mail address is required to send an inquiry.

4. Inquiry form

• Sending an inquiry is free of charge and does not oblige you to conclude a contract.
• We usually reply within 24 hours on business days, by e-mail or by the method indicated in the form.
• Please provide true data about yourself. Sending unlawful or offensive content or unsolicited commercial information is prohibited.
• The form is protected against automated submissions (Turnstile); the Provider may block inquiries in case of abuse.

5. Content and copyright

Texts, photos, graphics and the layout of the website are protected by copyright. You may use them for permitted personal use; any other use requires the consent of the Provider or the rights holder. Third-party photos are credited in accordance with their licence.

6. Liability

• Information on the website (e.g. about destinations, weather, routes) is general and illustrative. It does not replace pilot books, weather forecasts or the skipper’s decisions.
• The website contains links to other websites, including TripBuilder, operated by the Provider. The owners of external websites are responsible for their content.
• The Provider strives to keep the website available but may temporarily disable it, e.g. for maintenance.

7. Complaints

Comments and complaints about the website can be sent to biuro@e-globalrental.com. Please describe the problem and provide an e-mail address for our reply. We reply within 14 days.

Consumers may use out-of-court dispute resolution, e.g. consumer ombudsmen or consumer protection authorities in their country.

8. Personal data

The processing of personal data and cookies is described in the Privacy policy linked in the footer.

9. Final provisions

• The Provider may amend these terms for important reasons (e.g. changes in law or services). The new version applies from the date shown at the top of the page.
• Polish law applies to matters not regulated here. This does not deprive consumers of the protection afforded to them by the law of their country of habitual residence.
